We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you think your ArthCrafted purchase has damage or a defect that was not the result of improper use, please email us at hello@arthcrafted.com, Mon- Fri 8 am - 5 pm EST.
Exchanges
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. All exchanges are free, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. If you want to initiate an exchange, please email us hello@arthcrafted.com
Refunds
We will notify you when we receive your return and refund you on your original payment method. Refunded amount should be credited within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
